The experience
What’s included
Five plots, five wines, and two hours to discover Chablis where the wines originate. Departing from Chablis, board the vehicle of Céline & Frédéric Gueguen estate for an excursion through the vineyard. Along the hillsides, discover five plots and the terroirs that shape the wines of this Burgundian land. The landscape becomes the starting point for discovery: understanding the vine, discovering the profession of winemaker, and putting images to what you later find in your glass. Then comes the pleasure of tasting. At the foot of the vines, savour five wines from the estate accompanied by gougères. A way to discover Chablis by linking flavours to the landscapes that gave birth to them. An excursion in a small group, to take the time to look, exchange, and taste. Your experience includes: * A minibus tour through the Chablis vineyard. * The discovery of five plots. * Explanations on terroirs and the profession of winemaker. * The tasting of five wines, accompanied by gougères. Founded in 2013 by Céline and Frédéric Gueguen, both from winemaking families, the estate brings together vines from Chablis and Auxerrois. Their adventure extends a family history, with the desire to produce their own wines and share the places they come from. We look forward to welcoming you to Chablis to share our passion for wine and introduce you to the terroir that inspires us.
