In Riex, at the heart of Lavaux, let your senses guide you into the world of wine. Constance, an oenologist and winemaker, accompanies you in a convivial, interactive, and accessible initiation for the curious who want to learn to taste differently. The experience begins with the basics of oenology. You explore the flavors, textures, and natural aromas, then put your perceptions to the test with the black glass game: will you be able to recognize a white wine, a rosé, and a red wine without seeing their color? The blind tasting of five Swiss wines is based on a tasting sheet. Step by step, you learn to put words to your sensations and enrich your vocabulary, in a relaxed atmosphere where sharing is just as important as discovery. Offered throughout the year on fixed dates by L'Atelier Oeno'ludique, this collective workshop welcomes 6 to 12 participants. The announced rate is 90 CHF per person.
