Step into the shoes of a winemaker and create your own cuvée. In Riex, in the Lavaux vineyard, Constance guides you through the secrets of blending, from discovering wines to bottling your creation. The experience includes: a quiz on blending and wine ageing, followed by a game of recognizing natural aromas. You then taste three red cuvées, each from a different grape variety at Domaine Constance and Jean Duboux, before finding the proportions that make up your personal blend. The experience ends with bottling: each participant leaves with a bottle of their cuvée, personalized and labeled. A concrete souvenir to share and enjoy after the workshop. The workshop lasts about two hours and brings together 6 to 16 people. The price is 90 CHF per person, including the bottle. The proposed dates fall within the blending period, from mid-November to mid-March. Depending on the period, the wine may be unstabilized and unfiltered: the organizer recommends consuming the bottle within the following weeks or months after the workshop.
